Annual Meeting Archive

The location of the meeting changes from year to year but it has been held predominantly in the United States, alternating between the East and West Coasts, usually in February. Exceptions included the 10th Annual Meeting in Cannes, France, the 20th Annual Meeting in Florence, Italy, the 25th Annual Meeting in Barcelona, Spain and the 30th Annual Meeting in London, United Kingdom.
