Macula Society Member Booking Specifics 

The Macula Society will be paying 200 Euros per night for ONE room for Macula Society Members if booked at the Carlton Hotel, where the conference will take place.

This discount applied to the designated meeting nights (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday), one room per member.

Please note, breakfasts will be charged separately from your hotel room rate for those days outside of the dates breakfast is included in meeting registration.

This concession will be made as a direct payment to the hotel at time of check out, from the Macula Society, as a thank you to our membership for their dedication, leadership, and service that is the foundation of the Macula Society and advances our mission to prevent and treat diseases of the eye.

We have 150 rooms per night held in the Carlton room block.

Additionally, we have negotiated a room block of 80 reserved at the JW Marriott which is a block from the Carlton Hotel.

Corporate Attendees and Co-Author Room Specifics
